Change Leader Essentials is a 12 week program delivered in two phases. Participants will attend 2 group learning sessions and two individual coaching sessions per month.
Phase 1 - Individual Change
We will explore personal change tendencies with a focus on:
tools and methods to help you personally navigate change and build your knowledge and capability.
adaptability and mindset - learn how to overcome resistance and frustration, and use your biology to build new behaviour
Format:
2 Group Sessions (60 minutes)
o Change basics – the science
o Resistance, ability and momentum
o Mindset and reinforcement
Phase 2 - Leading Change
We transition to change leadership where we apply our learning to the work environment and team behaviour. Using real change examples, we will work the concepts to:
Identify your role as change leader
Explore the behaviours you need to be effective through the various stages of change
Learn how to build and maintain momentum
Recognize and manage resistance
Build trust with your team throughout the transition
Format:
3 Group Sessions (60 minutes)
o Change management vs. change leadership - role
o Managing resistance and expectations
o Reinforcement and building change capacity
Weekly Drop in Q/A Session
Drop in on a weekly session and ask questions, explore concepts and learn from others as they apply what they learned in the program.
