We explore your current mindset and practices around your time and energy management - both formal in and informal - and create a current blueprint of what is working and what isn’t. We’ll establish the new framework that you will create for yourself and the 5 key decisions you need to make to move into the next modules and get the most from the program.

Energy Defined
We take a deep dive into the three energy areas - emotional, mental and physical and how to assess each one and use what we learn to inform our daily output (and input) in each area.

In this module we review the skills needed to build adaptability and the conditions needed to create resilience. You’ll learn how to recognize when you’re compromised in these areas and what you can do to improve it.
